92 votes short. Thank you to everyone who voted for me and anyone who considered doing so. Looking back I should have worked harder to meet with you to share my plans and hear about your vision for the future of our beautiful city.

Since the election so many neighbors, new and established, have confided their voter registrations were not up to date so they didn’t vote at all. Equally the long lines and parking issues at Carencro Middle School frustrated others unable to stand in line for an hour. 

With your encouragement, I’ll stay involved, and if given the opportunity, I’ll work harder. Like you I live here and sincerely hope the progress that I’m grateful to have been a part of continues.
