About The Event
Walmart and Once Was Inc will unveil the Carencro Walmart Wall of Honor in Remembrance of Acadiana Veterans who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for OUR freedoms. After the unveiling, Once Was Inc will receive the Walmart Community Grant in remembrance of their sacrifice and pledge to serve Acadiana Veterans and their immediate families in their memory.
Remembrance Submissions will be accepted Saturday, May 14, 2022 – Friday, May 27,2022, between the hours of 10am to 7pm at Walmart Carencro Photo Center. To submit a photo in remembrance of a Service Member bring a wallet size photo or any size photo of your loved one in uniform to Walmart Carencro Photo Center to be scanned and resized at no cost to you.
